Rental rates for 2010 and 2011 are generally as follows but are subject to change, particularly including increases for 2011.

Premiums are sometimes assessed for:

1. Large social events
2. Short stays
3. Additional services
1. housekeeping
2. babysitting
3. cooking

To protect the financial identity of guests, rental payments are received and managed by Sovereign Bank, not by the lessor.

Weeks are reserved pursuant to executed leases and payments received in hand, as part of a first come / first serve policy.

References and endorsements from previous guests and from travel agents are available on request.
